If you’re an active Adsense publisher, I’m sure you have seen irrelevant Adsense ads on your site. Right? I’ve experienced them too.

Not only these ads do not relate to your website content, they will not get clicked as well.

Recently I’ve figured out several ways how to solve this problem.

1- Try adding META tags to your web page. The most important tags are TITLE, DESCRIPTION and KEYWORDS.

2- Rename your html file. Don’t use a generic name. Instead, use your keyword(s) as your file name. For example, if the page is about making money with Adsense, simply name it make-money-with-adsense.htm.

3- Try refreshing your page again and again until you see relevant ads displayed. You can refresh the page by clicking on the refresh button, or pressing F5 key on your keyboard.

4- If any of the above tricks do not work, you can send an email to Google Adsense Support telling them about the problem. Don’t hesitate. Their support team will reply to your email shortly.

I’ve experienced this problem with several sites of mine, and it was solved 2-3 days after contacting Google Adsense team.

Make $$$$ with Google Adsense! Top Paying Keywords! $100 per click!

You have seen these headlines, right? Are they real? Can one person clicking on you Adsense links really earn you a $100? Maybe, maybe not. Most of the top paying keyword lists are a big crock of S**T! There is no doubt that the adsense program is one of the most successful marketing programs ever created. And yes webmasters are making money with Google Adsense but how much and how are they doing it is the real question.

There are too many scam artists who are trying to rip you off with some so called “top paying keyword list” Don’t fall for it! Yes some keywords are worth $5 $10 $50 or even a $100 because that is what the advertiser is willing to pay Google to display those ads. It doesn’t mean that is what you are going to make. Think about it, if a company is willing to pay $100 per click don’t you think they are going to be watching the numbers pretty close. For that price they want highly qualified leads not thousands of people clicking on it and running up there tab. 1000 clicks at $100 each is $100,000. Now if that company gets $500,000 in business, fine but if they get $500 in business for that return then as the Donald says “someone will be fired!”

In the course of building several websites and using Google Adsense I made several discoveries. I put together a crappy little website and that crappy little website earned me $100 in a month. Not big money but pretty surprising since I didn’t have that many visitors. Don’t believe the screen shots showing you making hundreds a day and thousands a week. It could happen but those screen shots have been altered to inflate the income. Putting these discoveries into use on other websites have proven they work. There is no reason you can’t make a $1000-$3000 a month over a period of time. I am not going to kid you. It takes work but once you get the ball rolling you will see your income rise. It is one thing to sell you a list of “top paying keywords” its another to tell you how to set up your websites and how to drive traffic to it.

There are steps anyone can take can take to increase their adsense earnings such as learning about the why the best placement for your ads is above the fold, what colors work best and how easy it is to match them to your site, but it can take lots of trial and error or you can learn from someone who has already tested it out. For example did you know–Why you don’t need thousands of visitors to your website (you might be surprised) and how only 2 or 3 visitors a day can actually make you more money than 1000 visitors. You should learn why you want to make your visitors click and move on and why you shouldn’t care that they don’t stay. This is the exact opposite of every article you have ever read about creating “sticky” sites.

Yes there is money to be made with google adsense and top paying keywords can make you more but don’t get ripped off by paying too much for some “magic list”. There is no free lunch.

Here’s a feisty trick where you can profit from Adsense with the use of Adwords. First you need to find a high paying keyword. It is better if the keyword you will find is worth more than $20 so you’re EPC(Earnings per click) would average anywhere from 1$ to 10$. This is just a guess because Google doesn’t disclose its revenue share with website owners but many claim its 50%.

Now that you found your keyword, create a page for it. Make sure that you research about that keyword so you could create a page with good content. Put your google adsense code in it.

Now that you have a webpage with ads worth 1-10 dollars per click all you need are people to click on it. This is where Adwords comes in the picture.

Apply for an Adwords account. Create your ads for your new webpage. Here’s the most important part, pick as many keywords that are relevant to your new site as possible (maximum of 10,000 keywords) then just bid for the lowest possible ($0.05). You could also used mispelled words. For example if your site is about satellite tv, use keywords like “satelite tv”or “sattelite tv”. You could also use other languages for that word. Research on the internet on how to write your keywords in different languages.

Now I think things are getting clearer to you, if not well lets look at the ratio of the above-mentioned procedure: you would pay $ .05 for every visitor so, 100 visitors equals 1 dollar. If one out of those twenty visitors clicked on one adsense ads on your website then you will earn anywhere from 1 to 10 dollars. That means you would only need a CTR (Click-through Rate) of 1% to .1% to get even. Suppose you generate 1,000 visitors a day from adwords and you have a click through rate of 3% with an average of 5$ EPC. You would spend $0.05 X 1000 = $50 on adwords and earn 3% X 1000 X $5 = $150 from adsense. You would earn $100 a day in these scenario or $3000 a month.

The example above is still very modest. There are many variables in the scenario you could improve to increase your earnings more:

EPC (Earnings per click) could be improved if you would filter low paying ads in your adsense account.

You could increase visitors you generate from adwords by increasing the number of keywords you would bid. There are a maximum of 10,000, I suggest you use all.

CTR (Click-Through Rate) could also be improved by placing your ads in the best position in your webpage. Also filter unrelevant ads in your adsense account to increase CTR.

If you are already running Adsense on your site, you are probably thinking of ways to increase your Adsense income.

If your Adsense is performing poorly, I have two tips for you:

1. Decrease the number of Adsense blocks that you are displaying on a page. I don’t know how others have experienced this, but my income seemed to be less if I had more than one block of Adsense ads displayed at once – and your CTR is definitely less if you have more than one ad impression at a time.

2. My suggestion would be to have one Adsense block in your content, and an Adlinks block somewhere at the top of your page. Adlinks is great because if someone clicks on a link in it, they are taken to a page with many more choices on it, which increases your chances of them clicking through.

3. Change your link colour to blue. While I cannot disclose my CTR I can tell you that this one little change more than doubled my CTR. I know that there are others out there who advocate that your link colour should be the same as the other links on your site, but try it out for yourself for a day or two. I think you will be highly surprised!

4. Set the URL colour to the same colour as the ad’s text. This makes the URL ”melt” in and makes the link colour stand out more, definitely making it more “clickable”.

The above three changes definitely resulted in doubling my own Adsense income. Experiment with it and see how it works for you.

Many of us have websites and as a matter of course join the Google Adsense plan and place the appropriate script code on our web pages. Taking for granted that visitors will come to our web pages and quite happily click on these Google Adsense ads and consequentially we will make money.

However, having experimented with the placement of Google ads and reading as much information on the subject as possible there is far more to it than just putting the ad anywhere on your web page.

Positioning of the Goole Adsense script is critical and it is a proven fact that placing the ad at the top central position of your web page directly beneath your header banner and before your body text is a prime target area. Equally enough so is placing your Google Adsense ad on the top left position of your left sidebar? Both of these can result in you gaining a higher click through rate and a better CPM figure.

Just as important as the positioning of your ad is also the way it is presented and you should not just accept the default settings. It is far better to select the background colour of the ad to match the background colour of your web site and this also applies to the ads border colour.

Pay careful attention also to the Google Adsense link colours, if possible it is far more effective to match these colours to the same colour as you use for your main body text.

As with all things on the internet you really need to experiment with your website and try various configurations but follow these few simple rules and I think you will find a marked increase in your Google income will soon appear.

Pst! Wanna know some Adsense secrets? The only secret is that there are no secrets per se!

Do a search for Adsense secrets and you will be bombarded by a myriad of ads by trying to sell you the answers to making lots of money with Adsense.

Before you buy anything, my advise to you would be to do some research on a search engine and a bit of common sense. There are literally hundreds of forums where you can pick up valuable information, as well as hundreds of articles that have been written on the subject of Adsense.

Most of the answers are out there for you to find it you will put in a little bit of work. If you buy any of the ebooks available out there, you might find one little nugget of information that you may not have seen anywhere else, but I promise you: most of the time everything is out here on the Internet – all you have to do is search for it. Here are some of the search terms that I personally have used with great results:

increase adsense income
increase your adsense income
adsense experiments
adsense adsense tricks
adsense tips

What I can tell you from my own experience is this:

1. Ads at the top of the page and on the left of the page perfom better than any other ads. (Take a look at the “heatmap” from the Google link below)

2. Ads without background colour and borders perfom better than ads within borders with background colour.

3. Ads within content pages perform better than any other ads.

4. A search box on every page gives you another chance for earning Adsense income.

5. A blue link at the top of the ad, the ad in black, and the url also in black so that it blends in with the ad copy – also tends to perform well. A black url makes the link stand out and gives you a better chance of someone clicking on it.

Google has brought out some great Adsense optimization tips. You can read it here: Google Adsense optimization tips

Experiment with your settings and see which brings you the best results. Google’s reporting has become a lot better in the last month or so, so you should instantly be able to see which ads result in better CTR.

To increase your site traffic, which obviously will increase your Adsense income, the best way to get traffic is to have fresh content at your site. Write your own articles and submit it to article directories like Go Articles etc. To find more article directories, just do a search for “free article directory submissions” on a search engine like Google.

Another way would be to publish articles by other authors that are relevant to your site content. You can find free articles all over the web by once again doing a search for e.g. “free site content”.

Do this on a regular basis and watch your traffic (and your income) increase.

This article is designed to teach you how to profit from blogging, writing to a website in the form of regular posts, without spending anything. The keys to this idea lie in two of Google’s programs, Blogger.com and AdSense.

The first obvious step is to find a niche. While it is possible to have a general interest blog, it may not be as profitable as targeting a specific subject (click here to read the logic behind targeted advertising).

Once you settled on a subject you like, its time to set up your blog. Blogger.com is great for beginners. Not only is it free (and free of ads, unlike most free hosting services), it has integrated support for AdSense (more on this later). For now, pick a suitable but catchy name and choose one of the pre-made designs.

Of course, now you have to start making posts to your blog. There are two main types of posts. The most common type of content on blogs seems to be commentary plus a link to the actual news source or website of interest. Then there are original content posts which will have others link to you (much like you do in your commentary posts). Either way, make sure its interesting to have readers coming back.

Now its time to apply for Google’s AdSense program. AdSense is a pay per click program which matches ads to the content of your page. Every time a visitor to your site clicks on one of these links, you receive a small amount of revenue (the minimum advertisers can bid for a link is $0.05, of which you receive a percentage. Many phrases can have bids as high as several dollars per click).

The content of your site determines what ads appear, and therefore how much you will ultimately make. The placement and appearance of ads, however, can have just as great an impact on how much you make.

There are a few tips for maximizing ad revenue. First, the appearance of the add itself is important. Google clearly labels all its units as advertising, but allows you to determine the colors of the links and the background. It is important that this match the look of your site. The more blatant an ad is, the more likely it is to turn off visitors. Just as important is the location of the ad units. They should appear on the top half of your page, and preferably on the left side. This insures the ad is viewed by most visitors.

Having covered the basics, its now time for you to experiment to discover what works best for your new blog. The best part is, it costs nothing to try.

There is no doubt that the Google Adsense program for publishers and site owners is one of the most successful affiliate programs anywhere. There is increasing evidence that many bloggers have managed to find the right formula to make thousands of dollars every month from little more than a handful of blogs with carefully created and compiled content.

Unfortunately this has also led some unscrupulous bloggers to try and steal other writers work and post them at their blogs like it was their own. Alas there will always be some bad apples in most baskets.

So what are these successful Adsense bloggers really doing to rake in a couple of thousand dollars on a monthly basis? What’s their secret?

Cashing In On The Blog Advantage for The Adsense Affiliate Program

When it comes to attracting traffic, blogs have a definite advantage over web sites. It is amazing how quickly a decent blog can attract quality links to itself. These links usually bring in lots of traffic very quickly. Bloggers carrying Adsense ads in their blogs are taking full advantage of this fact.

What this means is that a blogger can set up brand new blog now and within the next few hours will be drawing in traffic. If they already have another handful of blogs with some reasonable traffic, then by simply setting up a few relevant links to the new blog, traffic will take off in a hurry. And of the new blog is able o attract some high-paying Google Adsense PPC (pay-per-click ads) then the impact on their affiliate program income will be almost immediate.

The other advantage is that search engines love blogs so much that they will always tend to rank them higher than websites in any search. The fact that blogs are updated regularly and the rapid growth in links they enjoy are some of the reasons for this. This higher ranking means higher traffic.

When I was starting out in Internet marketing my first site took ages to attract search engine traffic. A new blog I started attracted a couple of serach engine hits within a day or so, even before I had done any serious search engine optimization.

No doubt, in making their decision to actively promote Adsense amongst blogs, smart Google executives must have been fully aware of this fact.

This advanatage that blogs enjoy over web sites is one of the key factors that many bloggers are using to draw the sort of monthly income that other folk need several months and in some cases a whole year to bring in.

Carefully Research Keywords For The Adsense Affiliate Program

While traffic is important in making money from the Adsense affiliate program, keywords are much more critical. Most keywords will attract the sort of ads that pay only a few cents for every click that happens at your blog. A few keywords will draw in ads that pay a couple of dollars. A single click can sometimes pay $100.

Bloggers who are making big money with the Adsense affiliate program are spending a lot of time researching Adsense keywords. What makes this task even more difficult is that keyword prices are constantly fluctuating as different advertisers bid differently for their ads. The clicks ads receive also have an impact on the bid price. With the new Google system, advertisers have an option of raising their bid price.

So if you want to join the ranks of Adsense bloggers earning serious money, there are really no two ways about it, you will need to be an Adsense keyword specialist. This is not as difficult as it may sound at first because there are tons of information available online for free that cover this subject.

Set Up Several Blogs For Your Adsense Affiliate Program

Adsense money is not easy money, at least not initially. One of the things that leading Adsense bloggers have done is to set up several blogs catering for different niches and then linking them to each other to maximize on the traffic received.
